The second race of series was held at the iconic Le Mans Bugatti circuit and it was to be a race of highs and lows. The 3 hour race again saw Flick Haigh partnering Sarah Reader after their first outing at the Catalunya circuit in March.

Flick started the race and set a blistering pace to hand over to Sarah in 6th place after her 90 minute stint. Sarah maintained the pace, getting up to 5th place at one stage and first in class when the car was forced to pit with a lack of gears due to a failed compressor.

The compressor was replaced, but due to the time lost the finishing position did not reflect the result that Flick and Sarah's driving deserved as a first in class finish was in sight.

The two positives to be taken from the event were the driving pace of Flick and Sarah and the car's competitiveness.

The next round of the championship is a 6 hour race at the Provence circuit of Paul Ricard at the end of May, when the team are hoping for a better result.
